I received an email from a couple who had met Otis before he came into my life, how awesome is that?! I love knowing there are other people out there that love him (he totally deserves to have the papparazi after him)! I tried to respond to the email but got a returned email stating the address could not be found. I’m hoping the sender (L***a and G****e) will see this and know how much I appreciated the email. Otis got to meet more family! Everyone loves him!

Oh no! I didn’t get a pic with grandma! She even held him like a baby and talked to him. Mission: get a pic with grandma.

Aunt Lisa was out of town but will be back on Wednesday and Otis will meet her on Sunday, I can’t wait!!!

I promised a surprise was coming and it finally JUST arrived!! I’m so proud of my little Odie Bodie. I won’t let the suspense build anymore. And a 1…and a 2…and a 123!

I love this little guy so much! Tomorrow he gets to meet his other grandma and grandpa, I can’t wait!

Ok, false alarm, sorta…

I did get bit, but not like that.

There we were relaxing in bed, Otis chewing on his favorite treat when I noticed he was sounding funny (biting and coughing). Immediately I thought he was choking and attempted to do a finger sweep (in a panic of course). Without even securing his tongue and jaw I reach right in to save the day and….crunch! My index finger was crushed in his back molars. It hurt soooo bad! I screamed in pain, Otis coughed the bone out, and everything was fine…except my finger. We thought it was broke at the tip! Shooting pain for about half an hour, swelling, and bleeding from the side of my nail. Today my finger is aching so bad but I can tell it’s ok. Lesson learned? 1. Secure the jaw next time (please don’t be a next time). 2. My baby Otis has good strong teeth, yay!

All is well.

My 11 year old step son is here visiting for a week and got to meet Otis for the first time last night. Here is what he texted my husband at work today…💖

Otis and I have so much fun playing Hide-and-Seek in the house. How we play: I stand on one side of the room and tap on the floor, he follows the sound to find me. When he finds me I tell him in the most obnoxious voice, “Otis, you found me!” 😁 He wags his tail and gets so excited! Cutest thing ever!! 💖 Otis is the perfect fur baby for me!

We had the best weekend! Little Otis has adjusted so well and I can tell he is happy which totally melts my heart! Pippin and Otis both got their teeth cleaned this weekend and Otis is doing really well with getting his teeth brushed daily. We spend most of our time outside because I can tell that is where he is the happiest (I even got a sunburn, lol). I’ll let this weekends pics do the talking…😍

It’s March and I’m really excited the weather is starting to warm up! Otis definitely LOVES to be outside! He is either sniffing around or just laying in the grass soaking up all the sounds, smells, and sunshine. So far I think being outdoors is his favorite thing to do!

Otis should be getting his first package in the mail today. What is little Otie Botie getting you may ask?
